By accessing or using APIProxy.ai's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

APIProxy.ai provides an API gateway service that enables access to various third-party AI models and services. We act as an intermediary between you and AI service providers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • • Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
  • • All activities that occur under your account
  • • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • • Violate any laws or regulations
  • • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • • Resell access to our services without written permission

5. Billing and Payment

You will be billed monthly based on your actual usage. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our API gateway. Service credits may be available for documented downtime exceeding our SLA commitments.

7. Limitation of Liability

APIProxy.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service.
